Exercise #5: #Mountain Climbers
Start this short workout with 5 of each exercise, 5 squats, 5 Sumos, 5 Lunges, 5 Walkout Planks, and 5 Mountain Climbers, repeat for 5 rounds or until you get to 15 minutes (whichever comes first). Remember to work at your own pace, take breaks when you need it and consult with your health professional before starting any fitness program.
